If you are looking for a T&M (Time and Materials) quotation for Consultancy, Software Development or Web Development, simply email to discuss the specific technologies and expertise you require. If we have developers available that meet your skill requirements, we will provide an hourly rate quotation for their services. Rates will vary primarily based upon the level of technical experience you require (e.g., a senior software architect with 10+ years of experience has a higher hourly rate than a developer with 3-4 years of experience), and the breadth of business experience you require from our resources

If you are looking for a "fixed price" or "project based" quotation (RFP / RFQ response) , we have certain requirements you must meet prior to us providing a quote. First, you must have, or be willing to, develop a detailed specification against which we are quoting, so that all parties involved know up front exactly what it is you need, and so that expectations can be met by both parties. We will not bid against other firms without such a document, since we are all too familiar with competitors that will gladly "bid" to your verbal requirements and low-ball you, knowing full well that your "requirements" are so wide-open and subject to interpretation that such ambiguity will allow them to later to charge much, much more to produce what you really wanted.

We can not emphasize this enough: please, be sure to get an "apples to apples" comparison when soliciting fixed-bid or project-bid quotation from multiple vendors so that you can truly compare price/performance between vendors - whether for web design, consulting, database design, or software development. Require vendors to quote fulfillment and delivery against a detailed software specification. This specification sets expectations properly, and will serve as a record of what is to be created. We want you to succeed!. It is much less costly to get software right the first time than to later perform re-engineering due to a poor or missing software specification. Many books and publications discuss how to do this right, and how often businesses choose not to heed this advice, thinking that they will get it right anyhow
